WinTCS is a client/server program designed for Windows users to manage their e-mail, fax, and telex messages, as well as local data like printing, forwarding, and deleting. The WinTCS program communicates with the TCS server on UNIX/Linux platforms over a LAN, WAN, or the Internet.
